Happy Thanksgiving! Gobble Gobble

Grammy and Pop returned to spend Thanksgiving with us- what a treat! On Wednesday night Pop, Cooper and Daddy attended a Predators Game.  Coop has really started to enjoy his skating lessons- last week from one side of the rink to the other without falling.  He is working on his hockey stick skills in the backyard, for now on the grass.  Coop was nice enough to bring me home a predators shirt.  Henry and i are anxious to join them for a game in the future.  We had balmy summerlike temperatures and lots of yummy food thanks to Grammy and Mommy.  When at asked the table what he is thankful for Cooper replied " my family"- i think we would all second that.  Thanks to Grammy and Pop for all of their help!!!

Gym Time for Henry

Coop and I brought out our baby gym for Henry to "exercise".  Thus far he seems to enjoy the stimulation as we did.  I am no longer quite able to fit in, although i like to try to do so.  With all my recent exercise, i certainly still like a good sleep.

Happy One Week Henry!

Henry celebrated his one week birthday with his first trip to the park as well as his first bottle.  His one week checkup revealed a healthy little baby boy who had gained a pound since hospital discharge.  May all his weeks be so smooth sailing!

Henry's First Tubby Time

We helped Mommy give Henry his first tubby- it took a little convincing but once he was good and warm, he did relax.  Hard to believe Brady and I were once this size to use the baby tub! As you can see in the first picture by Brady's face, Henry's initial reaction was a little unsettling to us.  We are glad he now enjoys his tubby time as much as we do.

Meeting Grandy and Grandpa Mike

Grandy and Grandpa Mike came from Texas for the weekend to meet me before they headed off on another adventure- this time to Israel and Jordan.  While in town they also took Brady and Coop to the Adventure Science Center which was so fun! We enjoyed having both sets of grandparents in town (and lots of attention)!
